Description We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Office Administrator to join our team in Irving, Texas. This role involves managing logistics operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and providing exceptional customer service while handling administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory across various warehouse sites, including leased, third-party, and consignment locations.

• Anticipate inventory requirements and communicate forecasts to maintain operational efficiency.

• Monitor incoming shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proper tracking.

• Coordinate domestic and international shipping arrangements, collaborating with freight forwarders and warehouse teams.

• Handle daily order processing, including entry, acknowledgments, and shipment notifications.

• Engage with customers to confirm deliveries, address inquiries, and provide updates.

• Prepare and maintain operational reports, track order histories, and assist with purchasing activities.

• Generate and manage shipping documents to ensure compliance with logistical standards.

• Support additional projects and assignments as needed to enhance operations. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or office administration.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, Excel and Outlook; experience with SAP is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in mathematical tasks and metric conversions.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with customers and team members.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role.
