    + Modernize Systems: Be at the forefront of our agent portal transformation, directly influencing tools and workflows agents use every day.

    + Educate & Inspire: Bridge the gap between business and tech, ensuring developers understand not just the ‘what’ but the ‘why’ of every initiative.

    + Apply Your Expertise: Draw on your hands-on experience in annuity distribution models (IMO/Direct) and the new business process to help us deliver smarter solutions faster.

    + Expert Business Analyst with proven experience in the annuity industry (IMO required).

    + Strong communicator, confident in consulting with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into actionable requirements.

    + Deep understanding of annuity distribution and new business processes.

    + Capable educator who brings business context to technical teams.

    + Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Agentforce is a plus.
