Description We are looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Hialeah, Florida. This role combines financial analysis and accounting expertise, requiring equal proficiency in both areas. The ideal candidate will excel in leveraging technology and AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analyses, including forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making.

• Develop and maintain complex financial models that drive insights and identify trends.

• Perform accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.

• Utilize AI tools and advanced technologies to automate financial processes and improve efficiency.

• Analyze large datasets using data mining techniques to extract actionable insights.

• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses tailored to specific business needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and platforms.

• Review and enhance existing financial processes to streamline operations. Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis and accounting, with a balanced skillset in both areas.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling techniques and tools.

• Expertise in variance analysis and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Familiarity with AI tools and a keen ability to automate financial processes.

• Solid understanding of data mining techniques and their application in financial analysis.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills for presenting financial findings to stakeholders.
