Description

Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and proactive Collections Specialist for a contract opportunity with one of our valued clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing receivables and ensuring timely payment resolutions while delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

+ Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and outstanding invoices.

+ Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve payment discrepancies.

+ Maintain accurate records of collections activities and customer communications.

+ Collaborate with accounting and sales teams to resolve customer issues.

+ Prepare regular aging reports and monitor account status.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Prior experience in collections or accounts receivable roles.

+ Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency with collections systems and Microsoft Excel.

+ Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
