Description We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to design and implement automation solutions while driving innovation within our operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UiPath and additional automation technologies, ensuring efficiency in finance and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation solutions utilizing UiPath to streamline manual processes.

• Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to identify areas for automation and improve workflows.

• Lead automation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Mentor interns, providing guidance to help them grow professionally and contribute effectively to the team.

• Explore and integrate additional automation technologies, such as Python, to enhance system performance.

• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability of automated systems.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Maintain documentation for automation processes and provide training to team members as needed.

• Stay updated on advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence to incorporate innovative solutions into projects. Requirements • Proven experience in automation engineering, with a strong focus on UiPath.

• Familiarity with additional automation technologies, including Python.

• Solid understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.

• Ability to lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective automation solutions.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and presenting technical concepts.

• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing automated systems.
