    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized Logistics Specialist to oversee and coordinate the movement of goods, manage supply chain activities, and ensure on-time deliveries. This is an ideal role for professionals who thrive in fast-paced settings and excel at problem-solving.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate all aspects of product shipments, inventory management, and delivery schedules

    • Communicate efficiently with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations

    • Track shipments and resolve issues or delays promptly

    • Maintain accurate records of shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions

    • Evaluate logistics processes and recommend improvements for cost savings and efficiency

    • Assist with compliance documentation and regulatory requirements

    Requirements

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role preferred

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management systems such as Oracle, Loginext, or SAP Logistics.
