    Description

    A public-facing operations organization in Valley Center is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support coordinated response and scheduling activities. This role requires exceptional communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize effectively. Dispatchers in this role must remain composed and professional while managing incoming requests and coordinating resources.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Receive and prioritize incoming service or assistance requests

    + Dispatch appropriate personnel or resources promptly

    + Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams

    + Monitor ongoing situations and provide updates as needed

    + Follow established procedures and safety protocols

    + Assist with administrative reporting related to dispatch operations

    Requirements

    + 1–3 years of dispatch, coordination, or operations experience

    + Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

    + Excellent verbal communication and listening abilities

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment

    + Proficiency with computer systems and dispatch tools

    + Strong reliability and sense of responsibility
