Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join a dynamic trade association in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will analyze and manage key datasets to uncover insights that support organizational goals and enhance business operations. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure data integrity, create impactful reports, and contribute to process improvements that drive efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Responsible for managing and analyzing data within the organization's various databases which include our AMS and LMS systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions tailored to business needs.

• Develop visually engaging dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, highlighting key metrics and findings.

• Ensure the accuracy and quality of datasets through validation and cleansing processes.

• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

• Implement process improvements to streamline data collection and reporting workflows.

• Test and document database systems to ensure functionality and security.

• Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and visualization.

Requirements • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets.

• Experience creating dashboards and reports using visualization tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.

• Solid understanding of database concepts and data management practices.

• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
