Description

Robert Half is searching for a skilled and reliable Bookkeeper for a contract position with one of our valued clients. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations within a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

+ Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger entries.

+ Process payroll and track business expenses.

+ Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close.

+ Maintain bookkeeping documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.

+ Collaborate with other team members to improve financial procedures.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Previous experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role.

+ Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and process improvement.
