Description We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within our organization. This long-term contract position is based in Columbus, Ohio, and involves working closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven ability to manage complex workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee project activities to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth integration and execution of project plans.

• Monitor project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies, identifying and addressing potential risks.

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and deliver presentations to update partners and leadership on project status and outcomes.

• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts to optimize resources and budgets.

• Forecast project needs and allocate resources effectively to meet objectives.

• Review designs and methods to ensure compliance with engineering and construction standards.

• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing solutions. Requirements • Proven experience in project management and coordination.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to create detailed reports and presentations.

• Knowledge of scheduling tools and methods.

• Familiarity with engineering, construction, and procurement processes.

• Skilled in negotiation and liaison with stakeholders.
