Description

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Brecksville, Ohio. This role involves overseeing payroll operations for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance in processing payroll for over 2,000 employees. The position is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, expertise in full-cycle payroll management, and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities:

• Manage bi-weekly payroll processing for a workforce of over 2,000 employees across multiple states.

• Oversee payroll inbox management to address employee inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

• Ensure proper handling of garnishments and assist with benefits-related payroll tasks.

• Collaborate with team members, including HR analysts and payroll assistants, to maintain smooth payroll operations.

• Review and audit payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to streamline payroll processes and generate necessary reports.

• Coordinate with management to address payroll-related challenges and implement solutions.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data while adhering to company policies.

• Provide training and guidance to backup personnel during payroll operations.

• Monitor and address multi-state payroll requirements to ensure compliance with local laws.

Requirements • Proven experience managing full-cycle payroll operations for large organizations.

• Expertise in handling multi-state payroll processes and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll management and reporting.

• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, including garnishments and benefits integration.

• Ability to manage payroll for over 500 employees efficiently and accurately.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle high-volume payroll tasks.

• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and addressing employee inquiries.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in payroll operations.
