Monday -Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Alternating weekends: Friday 9 a.m. -1 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Pay: $14.00 per hour plus eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses

Description: Seeking outgoing, enthusiastic individual to call donors and schedule appointments in a fast-paced professional outbound call center environment. Must demonstrate professional telephone etiquette, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a working knowledge of computers.

Working Environment & Physical Effort this position requires the ability to:

+ Sit for extended periods of time.

+ Fulfill basic clerical duties (typing/writing) for extended periods of time.

+ Occasionally lift/carry up to 25 pounds without assistance.

+ Occasionally bend or reach to perform various job tasks.

+ Analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.

+ Adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Requirements:

+ Must be 18 years old or older

+ High School diploma or equivalent preferred

+ Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.

+ Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
