Key Responsibilities:

+ Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of open positions

+ Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs

+ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance

+ Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through networking and outreach

+ Track candidate activity and hiring progress using an applicant tracking system

+ Deliver a positive and professional experience for every candidate

Requirements

+ Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or human resources preferred

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ Ability to juggle multiple openings and priorities simultaneously

+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail

+ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
