• Sr. Treasury Consultant

    Description

    Robert Half is recruiting for the Treasury Consultant that will be a key strategic partner within the Finance department, responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s treasury and liquidity strategy to support both immediate operational objectives and long-term business goals. This Treasury Consultant will act as a leader and drive initiatives that optimize capital structure, manage risk, and steward the company’s financial resources to enable continued growth and transformation. This role will be Hybrid located in Pomona, CA.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Lead relationship management with financial institutions to ensure competitive solutions and implement treasury technology enhancements for process automation and stronger decision support

     

    - Lead the implementation of a new TMS system and convert over 50 + bank accounts to new banking system

     

    - Proactively assess, monitor, and mitigate financial and market risks (e.g., interest rate, FX, liquidity), ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with regulatory standards

     

    Requirements • Extensive experience in corporate treasury management and operations.

     

    • Strong expertise in cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.

    • Proficiency in managing financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange exposures.

    • Knowledge of treasury technology systems and process automation.

    • Proven ability to lead complex banking transitions and account integrations.

    • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with financial institutions.

    • Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across teams.
