    Customer Service Representative

     

    We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Englewood, Colorado. In this Contract to permanent position, you will serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, managing a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your organizational skills, adaptability, and customer service expertise in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary front desk representative, ensuring secure access to the building and greeting visitors.

    • Process incoming mail.

    • Maintain accurate records of checks received, logging them in Excel and securing them at the end of each day.

    • Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.

    • Assist members with resetting passwords, registering for conferences, renewing memberships, and sending receipts.

    • Address customer inquiries with patience and professionalism, resolving issues related to website functionality or account concerns.

    • Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving.

    • Support general office operations and contribute to team projects as required.

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or a similar office-based role.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in handling mail and financial logs.

    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other office software systems.

    • Comfort with learning and adapting to new software platforms.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

    • Ability to remain calm and detail oriented when assisting frustrated or upset customers.

    • A proactive and flexible approach to handling varied tasks and responsibilities.
