    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, transaction reconciliation, and expense tracking

    + Update and organize financial ledgers and reports to ensure compliance and accuracy

    + Coordinate invoice processing and payroll support

    + Assist with financial close processes and generate routine statements

    + Contribute to budgeting efforts and provide audit assistance when needed

    + Partner with colleagues and vendors to resolve issues quickly

    + Protect sensitive information and maintain robust confidentiality

    Requirements

    + 2–4 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a similar environment

    + Strong familiarity with accounting software platforms and Microsoft Office applications

    + Deep understanding of bookkeeping procedures and financial best practices

    + Meticulous attention to detail coupled with strong organizational capabilities

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities effectively

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferred
