    Description

    A regional firm in Seattle is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to take on complex matters of product liability, trucking, transportation and personal injury defense.

     

    The base salary range is 155-185k with additional structure bonus earnings based on meeting a billable goal of 1800 annually. The firm provides medical, dental, and life insurance, 401k with a company match, HSA, Transportation FSA, 18 PTO days to start accrued annually, paid court holidays, and 1 floating holiday each year.

    Requirements

    Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

    - Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials

     

    - Actively barred in Washington State, additional states a plus

     

    - 6+ years of experience as an attorney with experience working on defense litigation cases.

     

    - Prior trial experience desired but not required

     

    - Experience with arbitration and mediation

     

    - Able to be in the office in Seattle on a flexible hybrid basis

     

    - Have experience billing their time

     

    - Strong motions practice and legal writing
