As an HR Generalist, you will handle a broad range of responsibilities, working closely with employees and management to foster a positive work environment.

    + Administer employee onboarding, benefits, and compensation programs

    + Support talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management

    + Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations

    + Maintain HR records and manage HRIS data entry and reporting

    + Assist with training initiatives and employee engagement activities

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    + 2+ years of HR generalist or related HR experience

    + Solid knowledge of HR processes and best practices

    + Familiarity with employment laws and HRIS systems

    + Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
