    A fast-growing technology organization in Carlsbad is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to serve as a frontline ambassador for its customer support operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured call-center environment, enjoys problem-solving in real time, and understands the importance of delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment

    + Provide accurate, courteous, and solutions-oriented assistance to customers

    + Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while documenting interactions

    + Resolve customer issues or escalate appropriately when necessary

    + Educate customers on products, services, and account options

    + Meet or exceed quality, call handling, and customer satisfaction metrics

    + Maintain compliance with company policies and data security standards

    + Participate in ongoing training and performance coaching

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of call center or high-volume customer service experience

    + Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

    + Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused under pressure

    + Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications

    + Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

    + Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility
