Description We are looking for a proactive and organized Workplace Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency in workplace processes while collaborating with clients and team members. This is a Contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and schedules.

• Handle incoming calls professionally and provide necessary assistance or direction.

• Organize and oversee shipping processes, including freight costs and billing.

• Maintain accurate records for annual filings and other essential documentation.

• Coordinate payroll processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

• Develop and implement schedules for dispatch and other workplace activities.

• Communicate effectively with clients, including English-speaking individuals, to address concerns and provide solutions.

• Support office administration tasks, including filing, correspondence, and general organization.

• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting efficiency and collaboration.

• Monitor and manage workplace resources to meet operational needs efficiently. Requirements • Proven experience in workplace coordination or office administration.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Effective communication abilities, including fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

• Familiarity with dispatching and scheduling processes.

• Knowledge of payroll systems and full-cycle payroll management.

• Experience with shipping logistics, including freight costs and billing.

• Ability to handle annual filings and maintain accurate documentation.
