    Vehicle Detailer – Elder Ford of Tampa

    Elder Ford of Tampa is looking for an Detailer who is thorough, dependable, and takes ownership of their work. This role is ideal for someone who stays organized, notices the small things others miss, and takes pride in keeping their work consistent and on schedule. The right candidate is self-motivated, works efficiently, and understands that being on top of daily tasks makes a real difference.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform interior and exterior detailing according to company standards

    + Stay organized and manage daily detailing tasks efficiently

    + Use cleaning tools and products properly and safely

    + Apply waxes, polishes, and interior treatments as needed

    + Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency

    + Maintain supplies, equipment, and work areas

    Qualifications:

    + Prior auto detailing experience preferred

    + Able to work weekends

    + Strong attention to detail and time management skills

    + Self-starter who can work independently without constant direction

    + Reliable, punctual, and consistent in performance

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

    + Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
