    Lithia Hyundai of Fresno is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-volume, customer-focused service department. This role is ideal for a proven advisor who can manage a busy service drive, build customer trust, and drive service revenue while delivering an exceptional ownership experience.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process

    + Accurately write repair orders and clearly explain diagnoses, recommendations, and costs

    + Effectively upsell maintenance and repair services based on customer needs

    + Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs

    + Provide consistent updates to customers and manage expectations

    + Maintain CSI standards and manufacturer guidelines

    + Utilize the dealership management system to document all service activity

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of Service Advisor experience required

    + Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes

    + Proven ability to handle a high-volume service drive

    + Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills

    + Experience with Hyundai or other OEM brands preferred

    + Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,500.00 to $161,800.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
