    What You’ll Do

    + Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles

    + Execute work efficiently while maintaining dealership and manufacturer standards

    + Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding vehicle needs and repair timelines

    + Complete multi-point inspections and identify additional service opportunities

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    + Stay current with evolving automotive technology and manufacturer training

    What We’re Looking For

    + Prior experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic

    + Strong diagnostic and mechanical aptitude

    + ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)

    + Ford experience a plus, but not required

    + Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

    + Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
