    Operations Associate

    The Role

     

    As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in the firm’s internal accounting, financial operations, and day‑to‑day fund management activities. This is a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves position ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, curious, and thrives in a boutique setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Management company and GP‑level accounting

    + Monthly and quarterly close

    + Treasury operations (e.g., wires)

    + Preparing distributions and allocations

    + Supporting tax‑related projects

    + Ad hoc operational and accounting projects, depending on experience

    What You Bring

     

    + 5+ years of accounting experience from:

    + Public accounting (tax preferred)

    + Investran experience is a major plus

    + Exceptional organization and attention to detail

    + Hands‑on, inquisitive, and comfortable working as a preparer (not a reviewer)
