    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating new hire onboarding.

    + Support the administration of employee records and maintain accurate HRIS data.

    + Help facilitate employee benefits enrollment and respond to general HR inquiries.

    + Prepare reports, organize documents, and handle confidential information with discretion.

    + Assist with HR projects, events, and employee engagement initiatives.

    + Support compliance efforts by helping monitor policies and procedures consistent with employment laws and company standards.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 1+ year of administrative or HR support experience preferred.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with HR technology platforms.

    + Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

    + Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
