Description

Robert Half is hiring for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk for a contract opportunity with one of our valued clients. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions for a busy office environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

+ Assist in maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers.

+ Reconcile bank statements and other account balances.

+ Prepare invoices, process payments, and support billing procedures.

+ Support month-end close and generate basic financial reports.

+ Collaborate with accounting team to optimize workflows and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Previous experience in an accounting clerk or similar finance role.

+ Working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
