Description We are looking for a skilled SAP Consultant with expertise in manufacturing processes to join our team in North Berwick, Maine. In this long-term contract role, you will focus on optimizing SAP modules to enhance inventory tracking, material management, and production efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with operations teams to design and implement solutions that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize SAP modules, including MM, PP, and WM, to support manufacturing operations and workflows.

• Develop and implement processes for accurate inventory tracking, material handling, and productivity measurement across shifts.

• Collaborate with production and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within SAP systems for all manufacturing-related transactions.

• Provide training and support to end-users on new SAP tools and processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

• Create custom reports using SAP tools to analyze and present key manufacturing metrics.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging SAP capabilities to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Work cross-functionally to ensure SAP solutions align with business goals and manufacturing KPIs. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of SAP experience within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency with SAP modules such as MM, PP, and WM; knowledge of QM and PM is advantageous.

• Hands-on experience in designing inventory tracking and productivity reporting solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail for documentation and training purposes.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and related reporting tools, such as SAP Fiori or SAP Analytics Cloud.

• Understanding of manufacturing KPIs, lean principles, and supply chain operations. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
