Description We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Specialist to support our operations in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will handle procurement activities for the Latin America region, focusing on operational tasks rather than strategic planning. This is a Contract position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Process purchase requisitions efficiently using ERP systems.

• Monitor goods receipts and ensure timely follow-up on discrepancies.

• Assist in resolving basic invoice issues to ensure smooth transactions.

• Provide first-line support for Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) queries.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet procurement deadlines.

• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and transactions.

• Support the team in optimizing procurement processes.

• Communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders to address concerns.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities. Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP

• Strong knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.

• Fluency in Spanish is required for handling regional operations.

• Familiarity with invoice resolution and procurement documentation.
