Description

A well‑respected plaintiffs’ litigation firm in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This is a full‑time, immediate opening offering a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite / 3 days remote).

Responsibilities

+ Conduct factual and legal research for complex litigation matters

+ Draft, organize, and review legal documents

+ Manage federal court filings and ensure compliance with all requirements

+ Maintain detailed client and case information

+ Support case teams with organization, deadline tracking, and trial preparation

Requirements

+ 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience

+ Strong understanding of federal court procedures and e‑filing

+ Paralegal certificate

+ High proficiency in Word, Excel, CRM tools, and general technology

+ Excellent communication skills and reliability

+ Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

+ Self‑directed, positive, and committed to producing exceptional work
