Responsibilities:

+ Manage and process customer invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.

+ Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.

+ Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain accurate records.

+ Support monthly and year-end close activities.

+ Work collaboratively with other finance and operations teams to drive process improvements.

+ Respond to customer inquiries and maintain strong professional relationships.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role.

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency in AR systems and Microsoft Excel.

+ Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
