Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Kansas City, Kansas. This contract-to-permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute your expertise in managing financial records and ensuring accurate bookkeeping processes. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure consistency with financial statements.

• Utilize QuickBooks to manage and track financial transactions effectively.

• Prepare and file local and federal tax documents in compliance with regulations.

• Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees.

• Generate financial reports and present findings to management.

• Monitor and manage budgets to support organizational goals.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and practices.

• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments.

• Assist with audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Requirements • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Expertise in performing bank reconciliations with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with local and federal tax filing requirements.

• Ability to generate accurate financial reports and analyze data.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and vendors.
