• Your Responsibilities:

+ Help supervise home care cases and field nurses

+ Help train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff

+ Work cases in field as needed

+ Ensure quality care and compliance with policies

+ Promote open, supportive communication

+ Uphold operational standards and drive efficiency

+ Provide emotional support to families and team members

+ Assist with complaints and performance concerns

+ Assess and document patient care per policy & plan of care

• What You’ll Need:

+ Active Missouri or Compact LPN or RN license

+ Previous nursing supervisor experience

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Strong problem-solving mindset

+ Willingness to train and lead in both home and office settings
