Description
Support the Customer Planning and Operations function and the broader business in providing analytical & reporting support aimed at guiding the short- and long-term Customer initiatives & strategies. Focus on establishing goals and performance analysis. Support the Long-Range Planning Manager in identifying and valuing enterprise growth opportunities along with budget support. Supports opportunities to influence decision-making at the highest levels and drive sustainable growth and profitability. Responsible for analyzing large amounts of data and developing insights to inform and support the company's short- and long-term Enterprise and Customer Office strategies and initiatives. Works in close partnership with cross functional teams to report and advise on Enterprise and Customer Office performance. Present strategic plans, findings, and recommendations to leadership. Clearly communicate complex information and strategic insights to key members at all levels of the company. Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend new methods or strategies for improving data analysis and forecasting. Support in establishing the methodology and processes for the valuations of strategies and initiatives. Support budget analysis including maximizing return on investment, budget tracking, reporting and more. Share findings and recommendations with collaborators in a clear and engaging way, using data visualizations, reports, and presentations as needed to enhance business understanding.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Applied Sciences, Statistics or Economics plus 3 years' experience including 1 year experience with Power BI; 1 year experience with SQL; 1 year experience with Hex; 1 year experience with Datorama; 1 year experience with Customer Forecast; 1 year experience with Financial Modeling, and 1 year experience with Segmentation Strategies, OR a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Applied Sciences, Statistics or Economics plus 1 year experience including 1 year experience with Power BI; 1 year experience with SQL; 1 year experience with Hex; 1 year experience with Datorama; 1 year experience with Customer Forecast; 1 year experience with Financial Modeling, and 1 year experience with Segmentation Strategies. Telecommuting option - employee may live anywhere in the United States.
