manufacturers of process equipment; pumps, compressors, blowers, conveyors, mixers, and clarifiers.

This individual manages daily accounting functions, upholds GAAP compliance, and produces detailed financial analysis that strengthens cost management and data‑driven decision‑making. With strong attention to detail, excellent analytical ability, and a collaborative approach, our Staff Accountant strengthens financial processes and contributes directly to the efficiency and success of a fast‑paced, operations‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
+ Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
+ Perform month & year‑end close activities, maintain accurate and organized financial records.
+ Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts.
+ Support budgeting, forecasting, audit preparation, and compliance documentation for vendors and customers.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate job costing and project accounting.
+ Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of accounting best practices.
+ Provide additional accounting support as needed .
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
+ Minimum of three (3) years of accounting experience (manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors a plus).
+ Proficiency in QuickBooks required; NetSuite experience is a strong plus.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and advanced Excel proficiency, working confidently with complex financial data.
+ Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
+ Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
