• Machine Operator - Dip Spin/Small Batch

    SFS Group USA Inc is seeking an experienced and dependable Machine Operator to join our Dip Spin and Small Batch Department.

     

    Objectives

     

    Actively supports and represents the SFS Group USA brand by performing the daily duties of the Dip Spin machine operator team

    Principal duties

    Setup, operation, and loading of machinery

     

    Reading, releasing and confirming work orders

     

    Perform daily preventative maintenance checklist before start up

     

    Follows applicable work instructions and safety guidelines

     

    Filtering and changing paint

     

    Using scratch test to prevent and detect potential quality problems

     

    Machine changeover

     

    Loading and emptying of components

     

    Performs material handling tasks including reading and understanding KanBan replenishment system

     

    Daily and weekly cleaning as required

     

    Other duties as assigned.
