    Hiring: Business Development Executive

    About the Role

    Join us in launching an exciting new delivery program in your area! As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in recruiting local businesses to join our delivery partner network. This position offers a dynamic mix of fieldwork and remote tasks, with opportunities to earn commission.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective businesses in targeted towns (up to two-hour driving distance).

    + Present and pitch the program to generate interest and onboard new partners.

    + Qualify prospects and guide them through the application process using Salesforce.

    + Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events (e.g., lunch & learns, town halls).

    + Build relationships with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.

    + Maintain accurate records by importing Excel data into Salesforce weekly.

    Qualifications

    + Experience: 1–2 years in sales and/or customer service; outside/field sales required.

    + Technical Skills: CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).

    + Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, professionalism, and urgency; strong attention to detail and problem-solving.

    Work Environment & Perks

    + Field-based role: 4–5 days per week in the field, remainder remote.

    + Monthly phone bill allowance.

    + Commission structure tied to partner application milestones.

    This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.50/hr.
