Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Description
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will ensure that invoices are processed and paid according to company policy. You will be responsible for resolving any problems or questions related to accounts payable. This position demands a high level of accuracy and a proactive approach to maintaining positive relationships with branch offices and company suppliers.
Responsibilities
+ Match invoices to online purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Enter non-purchase order invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Review invoice entries to ensure their accuracy.
+ Collaborate with branches to ensure invoices are paid according to company policy.
+ Maintain positive relationships with branch offices and company suppliers.
+ Process and review at least 200+ invoices per week.
+ Handle purchase orders and check returns and voids.
+ Communicate with vendors and manage remittance address calls.
+ Manage ACH setup requests.
Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business since 2022 or more recent with some business experience or internship.
+ Experience in a client-facing role such as customer service, banking, financial advising, or loan processing, either as a job or internship.
+ Ability to perform basic sorting and filtering within Microsoft Excel.
+ Proficient in invoice processing and purchase order management.
+ Experience in accounts payable and invoicing.
+ Familiarity with JD Edwards software.
Work Environment
This role is based in a state-of-the-art facility in Blue Bell, PA, which includes a gym accessible to temporary consultants. The position requires onsite presence five days a week, Monday through Friday, and reports to the AP Manager within a team of 30+ professionals. The company offers an opportunity to work for the largest Landscaping Services company in the US, under a forward-thinking leadership team with a new CEO and a Shared Services team known for its longevity.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blue Bell, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
