    This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable functions, including cash applications, credit and collections, and assisting with general ledger activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage accounts receivable functions including cash applications.

    + Conduct credit and collections activities.

    + Assist with general ledger activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.

    + Work efficiently within pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.

    + Utilize proficiency in a large ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, SAGE, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of experience in credit and collections.

    + 3+ years of experience in cash applications.

    + 3+ years of experience in reconciliations.

    + Proficiency in pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.

    + Experience with large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, SAGE, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in journal entries is a plus.

    Work Environment

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
