Job Title: Project/Program Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The role involves supporting our traffic operations team to tactically execute advertising in live events, focusing on live sports and events. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an advanced streaming platform with significant exposure to technology and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
+ Support the traffic operations team in executing advertising for live events.
+ Manage ad trafficking processes using WideOrbit and ensure accurate ad placement.
+ Build ad commercial schedules for live events without the need for marketing experience.
+ Maintain system organization and ensure effective ad delivery.
+ Collaborate with the team to set up and traffic ads correctly, while being able to work independently.
Essential Skills
+ 3-5 years of experience in ad trafficking.
+ Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
+ Experience with WideOrbit required.
+ Knowledge of the broadcast or streaming platform industry is highly preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ An understanding or passion for sports is essential.
Work Environment
The role offers a hybrid work environment:
PM 1 Schedule: M-F, 12 PM - 8 PM MT, (12 PM - 5 PM in office, 5 PM - 8 PM can work remote)
PM 2 is scheduled for M-F, 4 PM - 12 AM MT. Initially, PM 2 may require more in-office time during training, gradually decreasing to an as-needed basis.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
