This role provides key support for functional groups through a variety of specialized clerical tasks. Responsibilities include compiling and organizing data, performing calculations, preparing reports, coding documents, and maintaining detailed records. The position requires a basic understanding of work routines and procedures, with clearly defined tasks and decision-making guidelines. Additionally, the role serves as a professional communication link between the company and its customer base, managing inquiries and coordinating quality support activities. The coordinator ensures a seamless customer experience by handling documentation, product support, and issue resolution. The role also oversees field-related activities within the scope of PFA Executions and supports the divisional quality team in maintaining Global Regulatory and Quality processes.
Responsibilities
+ Compile and organize data, perform calculations, and prepare reports.
+ Code documents and maintain detailed records.
+ Serve as the primary communication link between the company and customers, managing inquiries and coordinating quality support activities.
+ Handle documentation, product support, and issue resolution to ensure a seamless customer experience.
+ Oversee field-related activities within the scope of PFA Executions.
+ Support the divisional quality team in maintaining Global Regulatory and Quality processes.
+ Facilitate product-related issue resolution, including returns, replacements, and troubleshooting.
+ Set up statistical reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of customer-facing activities.
+ Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Global Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Essential Skills
+ Customer service expertise.
+ Proficiency in clerical functions such as data compilation, arrangement, computation, report preparation, document coding, and record maintenance.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to work within well-defined procedures and routines.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
+ Specialized education or training in clerical or administrative functions.
Work Environment
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The environment is structured and process-driven, emphasizing collaboration with cross-functional teams. It is customer-focused and quality-oriented, involving both internal coordination and external communication. The role operates within defined procedures, with room for continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
