    Job Description

    Join our dynamic B2B operations team managing device logistics across 40 countries. You will work with a cross-functional, startup-style team handling international shipments from the US, China, and Vietnam to the APAC, EMEA, and AMEA regions.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage end-to-end forward logistics for internal B2B device orders.

    + Ensure trade compliance and device certifications across multiple regions.

    + Coordinate with logistics vendors for timely international deliveries.

    + Create and maintain tracking systems and performance dashboards.

    + Handle specialized shipping requirements for battery and non-battery devices.

    + Utilize AI tools to optimize processes and reporting.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of international logistics experience, specifically from the US and Asia to global markets.

    + Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

    + Expertise in collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, and Quip.

    + Experience with AI-powered productivity tools.

    + Expertise in trade compliance and device certifications.

    + Fluent English communication skills.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Any Bachelor's degree required; a logistics-related degree is preferred.

    + Knowledge of battery-based device shipping regulations.

    + Ability to work on-site 5 days a week.

    + Experience in B2B logistics.

    + Familiarity with devices.

    + Logistics certifications such as CLTD and CTSI.

    + Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.

    + Experience in cross-functional team collaboration.

    + Flexibility in scheduling.

    + Willingness to undertake limited domestic travel, 1-2 trips annually.

    Work Environment

    Onsite in Sunnyvale, CA - This project provides essential devices to internal teams, enabling multiple teams with a productivity boost. The work schedule is typically Monday to Friday, 9-5 or similar hours, in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment with a startup feel. Limited domestic travel may be required.

    This is a Contract position based out of Sunnyvale, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $58.00/hr.
