Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeIntroduction

Aston Carter has partnered with a company in Lenexa, KS that is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This is a 52‑week contract role with the possibility of extension. While a permanent conversion could become available, it is not guaranteed.

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing accurate, courteous support.

Responsibilities

+ Handle 50–70 inbound calls per day

+ Make 60–80 outbound calls per day

+ Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times, including:

+ Providing accurate information

+ Following client scripting

+ Using appropriate tone and inflection

+ Showing empathy and willingness to assist

+ Identify and escalate AE/PQC issues to the client within one business day

+ Manage caller complaints and escalate through the supervisor request process

+ Respond to sample accountability emails within 24 hours

+ Complete and submit daily spreadsheets (AV, Touchstone, FEDEX)

+ Manage data and documentation through DTP and the usmmempsi.cc.com mailbox

+ Maintain 90%+ attendance and on‑phone time

+ Follow all CWI, SOP, federal regulations, and company policies

Essential Skills

+ 3–5 years of customer service experience in an inbound call center

+ Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft programs

Additional Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment

This is an on‑site position based in Lenexa. It’s a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large organization. While this is a contract role, there is potential for growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
