Join our team as an Administrative Coordinator – Service Delivery & Dispatch! We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support for service scheduling and dispatch coordination. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate scheduling of services, maintain organized records, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and schedule service delivery requests.
+ Communicate with internal teams to confirm dispatch and timing.
+ Process account updates, cancellations, and service changes accurately.
+ Maintain organized records of service requests and scheduling activities.
+ Provide administrative support for billing and collections as needed.
+ Assist with reporting and documentation for operations.
Essential Skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous administrative or scheduling experience.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and office software.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Good computer skills, either in administrative, customer service, or data entry.
+ Customer service skills, true customer service, or retail/hospitality.
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
+ Some college education, clerical or administrative assistance experience.
+ Familiarity with dispatch or logistics coordination.
+ Experience in billing or collections support.
+ Prior experience in service-based industries.
Work Environment
Work is conducted in an administrative office adjacent to corporate operations in Boca Raton. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. Parking is available, though it requires extra time of 10–15 minutes. The office offers on-campus perks such as restaurants and break rooms, fostering a collaborative environment. This is a Contract position based out of Boca Raton, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
