    Part-Time Client Service Representative (CSR)** at **VCA Advanced Veterinary Care Center!

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a **dedicated and friendly Client Service Representative (CSR)** to join our front desk team for evening/weekend hours! As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Your role is essential in supporting our veterinary team by managing appointments, client communication, and administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide **exceptional customer service** in person, over the phone, and via email.

    + Schedule appointments, manage patient check-ins/check-outs, and process payments.

    + Educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and pet care.

    + Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

    + Assist in handling client concerns with professionalism and empathy.

    + Work collaboratively with veterinary teams to ensure smooth hospital operations.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    + Previous experience in a **customer service** or **veterinary setting** preferred.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to multitask in a **fast-paced** environment.

    + Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.

    + Passion for animals and a commitment to client education.

    **Requirements:** Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    **Schedule:** **Part-time** position for Evening shift and weekends. Roughly 29 hours.
