As a proactive self-starter, you will execute the defined vision, requiring regular alignment and collaboration with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for reporting progress and outcomes, as well as escalating risks through executive-level reporting.
As a Product Delivery Associate on the Workplace Strategies product team, you will be a vital member responsible for managing business and technology initiatives that span multiple products and lines of business. Leveraging your strengths and expertise, you will lead these initiatives from inception to market launch. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting research and discovery to inform project direction, defining clear and actionable requirements, managing dependencies and deadlines effectively, developing comprehensive business cases and setting OKRs, and ensuring compliance with relevant risk, control, and supervision requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Lead the end-to-end execution to transition from current to future state, ensuring effective integration and quality execution.
+ Collaborate with product owners, legal, risk/controls, operations, and technology teams to design and execute scalable solutions with quality.
+ Create and communicate vision and outcomes expected effectively to maintain partner alignment and drive productivity.
+ Conduct comprehensive discovery for key client journeys, including research, user interviews, journey mapping, and business process mapping.
+ Develop business requirements and user stories, and manage planning, readiness, and execution activities across multiple products and features.
+ Partner with impacted products to sequence the build and delivery of features aligned with target user experience and business outcomes.
+ Review Jira tasks for adherence to controls and standards, managing dependencies and timelines efficiently.
+ Identify, extract, and use data to enhance problem-solving, executive communications, and measure success.
+ Facilitate the rollout of new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
+ Contribute to change management activities, ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
+ Identify and address risks, issues, blockers and impediments to delivering on time, on budget, and with expected outcomes desired.
+ Lead special projects aligned with team goals, ensuring effective execution and delivery.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years in product management, design, or product delivery roles.
+ Familiarity with the brokerage industry and core business activities.
+ Advanced executive presentation creation skills, including story outline, content creation and visualization
+ Proficient in PowerPoint and Pitch Pro.
+ Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, client journey maps, and other product management tools.
+ Sharp analytical skills with a strong framework for solving problems using Agile and Scrum principles.
+ Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and meeting management skills.
+ Proven track record of executing quality results within deadlines.
+ Comfort in fast-paced environments with aggressive deadlines.
+ Ability to take ambiguous problems or objectives and define actionable plans.
