    Product Ownership & Agile Delivery

+ Serve as Product Owner or UI lead within a Scrum team, ensuring UI/UX requirements are clearly communicated and prioritized.

+ Write thorough, clear user stories criteria related to UI features and workflows.

+ Work effectively with both local (Tewksbury) and global (Thermo Fisher Scientific) engineering, SQA, and product/project teams to ensure alignment on design intent and implementation guidelines.

+ Facilitate design discussions, provide UI/UX guidance, and coordinate across time zones as needed.

    Communication & Documentation

+ Produce high-quality documentation including functional specifications, UI logic flows, and user interface behavior definitions.

+ Communicate complex ideas clearly and professionally to technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Present design concepts, prototypes, and workflow rationale to stakeholders and leadership.

    Qualifications

    Required

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field experience.

+ 7+ years of proven experience designing UI, handheld devices and Windows / Web-based applications preferred.
