Job Title: Experienced Behavioral Technician – School-Based

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Technician to join our team and provide support to students in school settings. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children every day.

Responsibilities:

- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

- Support students in achieving academic, social, and behavioral goals.

- Collect and record data on student progress.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure consistency and success.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Behavioral Technician or similar role.

- RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable transportation to El Monte and surrounding school sites.
