Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant – $45/hr – Rochester, WA – Full-time – 16 Weeks

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. This role includes implementing treatment plans, collecting standardized assessment data, and documenting services for students in a school setting.

Assignment Details:

+ Location: Rochester, WA

+ Start Date: January 12, 2026

+ End Date: April 2026

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday (client is flexible; part-time or full-time available)

+ Hours: 35 per week

+ Duration: 16 weeks

+ Pay Rate: $45/hour

+ Openings: 1

+ Modality: In-person

Responsibilities:

+ Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT

+ Implement treatment plans and document progress

+ Assist with standardized assessments

+ Support students in achieving functional goals in the school environment

Requirements:

+ Current certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Washington

+ Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

+ One year of experience as a COTA (preferred)

+ Pediatric experience (preferred)

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
