As we move into 2026, Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking seasoned Behavior Technicians with strong ABA or behavioral intervention backgrounds to support our school partners in Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and nearby communities. Position Highlights

+ Pay: $24–$27/hour (DOE)

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

+ Location: School sites throughout Los Angeles County

Your Impact

In this role, you’ll bring your expertise to help students succeed by:

+ Supporting learners with behavioral and developmental needs

+ Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans

+ Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and clinical teams

+ Promoting structured, inclusive learning environments

+ Encouraging positive behavior and social-emotional growth

What We’re Looking For

We are prioritizing candidates with strong hands-on experience, including:

+ 2+ years of ABA, behavior therapy, or related experience preferred

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ RBT certification is a plus

+ Strong communication skills and professionalism

+ Must be 18+ and meet all onboarding requirements
