    As we begin the new year, Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking dedicated and experienced Behavior Technicians to join our school-based teams across Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, and the greater Los Angeles County area.     Position Highlights Pay: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PMLocation: School sites throughout Los Angeles County

     

    What You’ll Do In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting students’ daily success and long-term development. Responsibilities include:• Providing support to students with behavioral and developmental needs• Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and professionalism• Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists• Contributing to structured, inclusive classroom environments• Encouraging positive behaviors and social-emotional growth

     

    What We’re Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent• Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or related roles• RBT certification is a plus, not required• Must be 18+ and meet all employment requirements• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to student success
